First off, a big thank you for taking the time to read this. I really hope the resources on my website helps make your busy life a little easier. As a parent myself, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle everything. That’s why I’m so passionate about coaching—helping other parents with practical, useful information they can actually apply to their lives.
I have loved health and fitness since I was 14, glued to shows like "You Are What You Eat" and fascinated by all things wellness. Even though my career initially took me into IT Project Management, my passion for wellness never faded.
During my maternity leave, I enjoyed stepping away from the corporate world, but returning to work triggered a decline in my mental health. I slowly found myself overwhelmed and struggling with Parental Burnout. It took time to realize what was happening, but eventually, I knew I had to rethink my priorities as a new mom.
This journey led me to step away from the corporate grind and pursue my childhood passion for health and wellness. I retrained, becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and a Wellness Coach with the IAWP. My background in IT and project management has also fueled my interest in time management, and I love finding ways to be more productive—not just at work, but at home too.
My husband and I have a son, and while I’d love to stick to a fixed routine, I know that flexibility and compromise are key to a happy home. Kids don’t always follow our schedules, but we can find ways to make life a bit easier.
My mission now is to support moms by helping them overcome stress and find balance and joy in their lives. Thanks again for reading, and I hope you enjoy the resources.
